带缝隙腔体电磁屏蔽特性的数值模拟研究

摘要
电子设备因散热需要,其腔体表面会存在大量孔缝,而孔缝又是造成电磁泄露的重要途径,其中更以缝隙的影响最为严重.由此,以带缝隙的金属矩形腔体为对象,应用时域传输线矩阵法(transmission-line matrix method,TLM),研究了平面波的极化方式及入射角,缝隙的长度、数量、位置、间距及方位等对腔体屏蔽特性的影响,得到了影响腔体屏蔽特性的主要因素.其中,平面波的极化方式、缝隙的长度和方位会对腔体的屏蔽效能和谐振点产生显著的影响,在屏蔽设计中,应尽量避免干扰源的电场方向与缝隙长边垂直及缝隙过长.
