降钙素原检测及临床应用的研究进展

摘要：

降钙素原(PCT)是一种新型炎性标记物,为无激素活性的糖蛋白,在人体内能转化为降钙素发挥作用。现在临床使用的感染标记物,如C-反应蛋白、白细胞等,缺乏细菌感染诊断的特异性,而PCT具有高度特异性和敏感性,在疾病早期诊断及追踪病情变化等方面具有优越性。本文对PCT的检测及临床意义进行综述。
