HPLC-HG-AFS测定As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的方法研究

摘要
选用四丁基氢氧化铵作为As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的离子对试剂,优化了高效液相色谱的分离条件,在Peco sphereC18色谱柱上有效地分离了As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ).随后在氢化物发生原子荧光光谱仪最佳测定条件下,成功地测定了As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ),其精密度分别为6.8%和4.0%.为HPLC-HG-AFS联用在线分离测定做出了有益的探索.
