摘要：

对知识、知识管理和技能变化进行的理论和案例研究表明,知识经济下资本主义劳动过程发生了某些新的变化。劳动过程中的控制依然严密,控制的目的仍然是为了榨取剩余价值;知识管理是采取新的方法榨取雇员的"知识";对低技能工作的大量需求与"技能提升"宣传之间的冲突反映了资本与劳动间的冲突,反映了"知识经济"条件下劳资之间内在矛盾的新形式。资本主义劳动过程变革的实质是社会剩余价值的创造通过语言的、交际的和情感的网络采取了合作的互动性的方式。
