妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理因素与细胞免疫的关系

摘要：

目的探讨心理因素对妇科恶性肿瘤病人细胞免疫的影响。方法测定60例妇科恶性肿瘤(宫颈癌50、卵巢癌10)患者的焦虑反应、抑郁反应及其CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比值、NK细胞、TNF、IL-2。结果严重抑郁反应患者的CD4/CD8比值、NK细胞、TNF显著低于无抑郁反应或轻度抑郁反应的患者,明显焦虑的患者的IL-2低于无焦虑或轻度焦虑的患者。结论严重心理应激可导致妇科恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能损害。
