摘要：

阪崎肠杆菌是食品和环境中广泛存在的一种条件致病菌,该菌能引起严重的新生儿脑膜炎、小肠结肠炎和菌血症。近年来,随着对该菌的日益重视,其检测方法也得到不断的发展和改善。本文对阪崎肠杆菌的非特异性与特异性传统检测方法,PCR检测、探针法和实时PCR等分子生物学检测方法以及其他相关方法进行了综述。
