<正>随着世界人口老龄化进程,老年患者心血管疾病发病率也随之不断增加,其中冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（简称冠心病）在老年人心血管疾病的发病率中居首位[1]。许多冠心病患者接受经皮冠状动脉介入术（percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI）或冠状动脉旁路移植术（coronary artery bypass graft,CABG）后得以治疗,然而大多数老年冠心病患者缺乏
