摘要：

主动脉内球囊反搏逐渐被越来越多的应用于存在严重血流动力学障碍的患者,已成为目前使用最广泛的心脏辅助装置之一。现就主动脉内球囊反搏在临床的应用要点、适应证、禁忌证等作一综述。
