摘要：

[目的]探讨脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)在鼠伤寒沙门菌分型中的应用。[方法]选择XbaⅠ酶对鼠伤寒沙门菌全基因组DNA进行酶切、脉冲场凝胶电泳,电泳带用Freeview软件进行相似性比较。[结果]13株鼠伤寒沙门菌经PF GE,根据其条带的差异可分为10个PFGE型别。[结论]PFGE法重复实验结果稳定,分型力较强,适合鼠伤寒沙门菌分型应用。
