基于模糊测度的胜任力组分间相互作用研究

摘要
胜任力是联结人力资源管理各个环节的纽带和桥梁,是组织增进绩效和实现竞争优势的基础。近年来胜任力的研究成为热点,但是在胜任力建模中较少考虑到胜任力组分间的相互作用,使得胜任力模型并不是真实的反映。论文通过分析胜任力组分间的相互作用,将模糊测度的方法运用到胜任力建模过程,实证研究表明该法是较实用的方法,对于胜任力建模具有重要意义。
