出口退税机制改革情况及对机械工业的影响

From the beginning of 2004, there is big policy reform in Chinese export b usines s operation. Originally in order to encourage export business, the government ga ve a tax refund for all export products to export and import trade enterprises. But now the refund rate is greatly decreased and local government instead of cen tral government will compensate a part of the refund money. In this situation, t rade companies will have more difficulties to make profit. Therefore what kinds of strategies these companies should take and what some manufacturers who have e xport and import license should do? Some innovative suggestions are presented by the author who is fully experienced through many years business in this area.
