<正> 帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)又名震颤麻痹,是一种常见的中老年神经系统变性疾病。随着人口的老龄化,其发病率呈逐年上升,给家庭和社会都造成了负面影响。从1817年詹姆士·帕金森首次描述PD至今,人们对PD的认识已有192年。最近的30余年,尤其是近10多年,无论是对PD发病机制的认识还是对治疗手段的探索,都有了长足的进步。中华医学会神经病学分会在1998年提出原发性PD治疗的建议,帕金森病及运动障碍学组在2006年制定了
