林县群众唾液及胃液中亚硝酸盐含量的测定

摘要
亚硝酸盐是合成致癌物亚硝胺的主要成份,我们测定林县216人与信阳县51人的唾液亚硝酸盐含量,其平均值分别为4.57毫克/升与5.47毫克/升,无明显差异。林县食管上皮增生者与食管癌患者的唾液亚硝酸盐含量均比食管上皮正常者为高(P=0.01或 P<0.05)。在林县人的胃液样品中,多数含有一定量的硝酸盐与亚硝酸盐,测定的平均值分别为31.67毫克/升和1.37毫克/升。
