非小细胞肺癌中Survivin和Sp1的表达及意义

摘要：

目的探讨Survivin和Sp1在非小细胞肺癌(Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测NSCLC患者120例手术标本和良性肺疾病患者40例手术标本中Survivin和Sp1的表达。结果NSCLC组织中Survivin和Sp1的阳性表达率分别为81.6%(98/120)和62.5%(75/120);良性肺疾病组织中阳性表达率分别为无表达和7.5%(3/40),Survivin和Sp1在组织分化程度差、有淋巴结转移和临床分期为三期的NSCLC中表达显著升高;且二者表达呈正相关(rs=0.355,P=0.005)。结论Survivin和Sp1在NSCLC组织中均有高表达,且与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期密切相关。
