摘要
<正> 对近年来植物遗传转化技术的进展,特别是农杆菌介导的遗传转化作了评述。文中强调了在重要农作物上建立高效、简易、快速适用于不同基因型的遗传转化体系的必要性。对GUS融合系统在植物遗传工程中的应用及GaMV35 S启动子的组织特异性表达也作了讨论。
