节氨基嘌呤及玉米素对玉米组织呼吸的抑制

摘要：

研究了玉米素(ZT)、苄氨基嘌呤(BAP)对玉米根、花药组织呼吸的抑制效应.结果表明,高浓度的ZT和BAP能够抑制组织的呼吸强度.结合KCN+ZT/BAP处理的实验结果,认为ZT和BAP对组织呼吸强度的抑制主要是通过抑制抗氰呼吸途径来实现的.讨论了内源细胞分裂素类物质含量——呼吸系统——玉米细胞质雄性不育性之间可能存在的联系
