<正>颈椎病（cervical spondylosis）是颈椎椎间盘退行性改变及其继发的相邻结构病理改变累及周围组织结构（如神经、血管等）,并出现与影像学改变相应的临床表现的症候群[1]。所检索到的国外相关指南均未提及颈椎病的概念,将颈部疾病统称为颈部疼痛（neck pain）[2—4]。1分型根据解剖、病理生理、受累组织及临床表现,颈椎病非手术治疗专家共识将颈椎病分为颈型（软组织型）、神经根型、脊髓型、交感型、椎动脉型和混
