受控生态生保系统中长效专用控释肥料研制

摘要
目的研制长效专用控释肥料,为受控生态生保系统中高等植物的生长提供养分资源。方法根据产品技术指标和性能要求,提出设计方案,经过原料筛选、组分配比、颗粒制作和包膜等工艺过程,研制成长效专用控释肥料,最后对产品进行养分释放规律实验和植物栽培实验。结果产品中含氮(N18.0%、磷(P2O5)14.3%、钾(K2O)12.6%、钙(Ca)2.6%、硫(S)3.5%、镁(Mg)0.12%,微量元素适量;产品颗粒大小均匀,直径为2.5~4.0mm;20~25℃条件下,10、20、30、40、50d内肥料累积释放量分别为7.9%、21.6%、40.5%、50.2%、60.9%;利用该肥料培养生菜,整个45d的生育期内植株没有出 现养分缺乏现象,长势良好。结论研制的长效专用控释肥料性能技术指标满足植物生长需求,产品设 计方案合理,能够作为受控生态生保系统中高等植物生长的养分资源。
