摘要：

随着社会经济的发展,我国原有局限于市区范围内的相对独立的绿化系统规划被打破,亟需构筑广域绿化系统,强化与自然生态的平衡,扩展城市绿化空间,完善建设项目的绿化引导制度及手段,从而使绿化系统为良好城市环境的形成提供充分的保证。
