摘要：

<正>溃疡性结肠炎(UC)属于炎症性肠病(IBD),以反复发生的肠道溃疡为特征,患者常表现为腹泻、粘液血便及腹痛。目前认为其病因和发病机制可能与遗传、免疫、感染及精神等多因素相互作用有关,而免疫学因素是UC研究中的热点[1]。作者前期针对UC与肠道黏膜免疫因子关系进行了论述,本文针对UC与肠道黏膜免疫细胞关系展开论述。
