酶联免疫定量检测人血清载脂蛋白B100的研究

摘要
本文介绍一种简便,灵敏、特异测定人血清载脂蛋白(apo)B100的双抗体夹心酶免疫试验。测定采用抗apoB100-IgG包被的聚苯乙烯板及酶-抗apoB100-IgG交联物,交联物由辣根过氧化物酶用戊二醛二步法制备。本法最小检测量为30ng;标准曲线的测定范围为30~400mg%;回收率为101.6~102.2%;批内和批间变异系数分别为5.5及4.7~8.4%。本法测定26例健康成人,血apoB100含量为101.9±18.9mg%;与单向免疫扩散法(RID)测定的相关系数r=0.883。
