中性白细胞功能和调理素活性的化学发光测定研究

摘要：

本文介绍了中性白细胞功能和调理素活性的化学发光（CL）测定方法,并对影响CL的一些因素做了比较。实验结果证实:CL反应取决于所用鲁米诺溶液的浓度、调理血清的种类、中性白细胞的数量及反应温度等。本实验所确定的标准反应条件是:鲁米诺浓度1×10-5M,中性白细胞2×10～6/ml,反应温度37℃。鉴于CL反应同中性白细胞的氧化活性和调理素功能密切相关,所以CL测定为离体研究体液-吞噬细胞功能提供了一种简便、迅速、准确的方法,具有一定的临床应用价值。
