原发性高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化与心血管危险因素关系研究

摘要：

目的探讨原发性高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化与心血管危险因素的相关性。方法将537例高血压患者分为颈动脉内中-膜增厚组395例及正常组142例,比较2组心血管危险因素的差异性。结果颈动脉内-中膜增厚组较正常组年龄大(P<0.05),收缩压、脉压差及总胆固醇水平较正常组高(P<0.05);Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,年龄、收缩压及总胆固醇水平是颈动脉内-中膜增厚的独立危险因素(P<0.01),其与血糖、三酰甘油、尿酸及体质量指数无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论高血压可导致颈动脉内-中膜增厚,年龄、收缩压及总胆固醇是颈动脉内-中膜增厚的独立危险因素。
