摘要：

在全球信息化的大趋势之下,电子政务的发展程度直接影响政府的竞争力,成为衡量各国发展水平的一个指标。但是随着信息技术的快速发展,信息技术的吸纳情况对电子政务的发展起到越来越重要的作用。从对信息技术、信息技术吸纳的分析入手,分别从G2G、G2E和G2I三个角度研究信息技术对电子政务的影响,最后提出如何提升政府信息技术的吸纳能力的措施。
