2010年美国国家综合癌症网(NCCN)非小细胞肺癌临床实践指南指出,对于多数非小细胞肺癌患者,解剖性肺切除为首选,而且电视胸腔镜手术是一个可以接受的合理选择。我们通过对早期肺癌的治疗手段、早期肺癌肺段切除的现状和预后、早期肺癌肺段切除对肺功能的保护、肺段切除的一般操作流程及肺段切除解剖难题的文献综述,总结胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的可行性和可靠性。
