摘要：

<正>近年来,微创脊柱外科手术取得了巨大的进步与发展,脊柱微创手术在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中获得了令人鼓舞的临床效果。国内外报道有效率均在80%以上[1],具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等传统手术无法比拟的优越性。本文就脊柱内窥镜系统中研究较为活跃的经皮椎间孔内窥镜技术做一综述。
