本文介绍了有关高密度脂蛋白亚类代谢研究的新发现以及高密度脂蛋白在胆固醇逆转运过程中所起作用的新认识 ,并对最近提出的影响高密度脂蛋白代谢的酶和蛋白进行了简述。
