摘要：

随着国际工程项目日趋复杂,一种新的项目交易模式IPD(集成项目交易模式)不断发展起来。本文在研究分析IPD发展状况的基础上,结合当前一些主要的IPD标准合同条件,对该交易模式下的工程项目成本控制问题进行了研究,分析了IPD在成本控制上的优势,并提出了其实现途径。
