摘要
Exenatide (人工合成Exendin 4 )、胰升糖素样肽 1(GLP 1)和GLP 1类似物均能明显改善糖尿病病人血糖控制情况 ,研究表明 ,上述作用是通过多种机制实现的。GLP 1血浆半衰期甚短阻碍了其临床应用 ,而Exendin 4因能够抵抗二肽基肽酶Ⅳ (DPP Ⅳ )的降解 ,血浆半衰期显著延长。更有意义的是 ,近年研究发现Exendin 4和GLP 1能够通过刺激 β细胞新生和增生、抑制 β细胞凋亡 ,从而增加胰岛β细胞量 ,对治疗糖尿病有重要作用。可以预期Exenatide将用于糖尿病的治疗。
