治疗急性脑梗死药依达拉奉应用及其相关机制的研究进展

摘要
依达拉奉是临床上第一个用于治疗急性脑梗死的自由基清除剂。除了已应用于脑缺血治疗外,近来还发现对急性心肌梗死、急性肝损伤、胃肠道疾病等具有潜在的治疗作用。其相关机制主要包括清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化和调控凋亡相关基因的表达等,从而减少活性氧对机体组织的损害,发挥保护作用。本文就依达拉奉在多种疾病中的应用及相关机制研究进展加以综述。
