摘要：

报告50例经手术和组织学证实为脑肿瘤继发癫痫患者的临床和病理资料。发现肿瘤性以外的病理特点:(1)皮质结构和神经元的异常;(2)明显的畸形;(3)肿瘤组织内部或邻近部位的病理变化;(4)其它。
