摘要
儿童各种原因所导致的肺动脉高压(PAH)组织病理学均表现为肺小血管增殖、重塑,其发生过程是一个复杂的病理生理过程,多基因缺陷、遗传多态性以及环境因素等可能与该病的启动有关。血管内皮细胞、中层平滑肌细胞和外膜成纤维细胞及细胞外基质在此过程中均起重要作用,其中血管内皮细胞分泌的一些血管活性物质扮演重要角色。为建立更加确实有效的治疗策略,对于儿童PAH的研究应着眼于多种基因、基因产物和信号传导通路的研究。
