<正> 流行性感冒及麻疹是由病毒所致且具有高度感染性的急性疾病。患者,特别在儿童常因肺炎而死亡。文献上从1918—1919的大流行以后,关于这两种肺炎形态变化的记载和讨论很多。虽然在许多文章中,学者们对于病变的解释各有不同,但单从形态的描写来说,基本上相似的。关于这两种小叶肺炎的
