摘要：

本文回顾了到目前为止国内外有关乳蛋白基因的结构、表达调控和动物乳腺生物反应器的研究进展。介绍了几种外源基因乳腺表达构件的建立方法。分析了目前通过动物乳腺表达生产药用蛋白尚存在的问题、影响因素和发展前景。
