摘要：

在过去 ,大豆制品在肾脏疾病 ,特别是在慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)中的应用受到了严格限制。随着近年来对大豆成分及大豆蛋白研究的深入 ,发现它们不仅可应用于一般肾脏疾病 ,对延缓CRF的进展也可能有一定的有益作用 ,本文就大豆及大豆蛋白对肾脏病治疗的进展作一综述
