阿德福韦酯自乳化制剂的研究

摘要：

目的:研究阿德福韦酯自乳化制剂,探求其最佳处方配比。方法:通过对油相、水、乳化剂的选择和配比优化,成功地将阿德福韦包埋在乳液中,由三元相图得到相应的自乳化区域,并结合自乳化速率、粒径测定、及溶解度试验的考察筛选处方,寻找出最佳的搭配和处方配比。结果:优选的阿德福韦酯自乳化制剂处方中油相为辛酸甘油三酯,表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯(35)蓖麻油。最终确立阿德福韦酯自乳化制剂的最优配方比为:辛酸甘油三酯:聚氧乙烯(35)蓖麻油(7:3)。结论:初步成功地制备了阿德福韦酯自乳化制剂。
