肉桂醛对db/db小鼠胰腺抗氧化能力的影响

摘要
目的观察肉桂醛(CA)对db/db小鼠胰腺细胞的抗氧化活性的影响,并探讨其降糖机制。方法将21只db/db小鼠随机分为对照组(Con)、CA低剂量组、CA高剂量组,分别予安慰剂,CA低剂量和CA高剂量。灌胃3周后,检测各组血糖、血清和胰腺组织抗氧化酶活性及胰腺细胞线粒体活性等。结果与Con组比较,CA低剂量和CA高剂量组血糖降低(P<0.05);CA高剂量组胰腺抗氧化酶的活性均增强,胰腺细胞线粒体活性氧簇(ROS)量降低(P<0.05);CA低剂量组ROS量与Con组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,给药组线粒体膜电位均高于Con组,CA高剂量组琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性增加(P<0.05)。结论 CA能降低db/db小鼠血糖,其作用机制是通过提高胰腺组织抗氧化酶活性,减少体ROS等自由基的产生,从而保护线粒体功能,保护胰腺细胞。
