高效液相色谱法测定柑橘中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸残留

摘要
建立了柑橘中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)残留的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。样品用水提取,提取液经二氯甲烷萃取、浓缩后,用丙酮溶解。丙酮溶液上硅胶固相萃取柱,用甲醇洗脱,洗脱液氮气吹干后用流动相溶解。HPLC条件:二极管矩阵检测器检测;波长:282 nm;色谱柱:ODS-3 C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水为8∶2(体积比),pH 3.0。在0.2~2.0 mg/kg添加范围内,回收率86.5%96.6%,变异系数2.45%8.35%,最低检测限为0.05 mg/kg。
