肺癌脑转移与血清肿瘤标志物变化的相关性

摘要
目的:观察肺癌脑转移与血清肿瘤标志物变化的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2010年2月至2015年124例肺癌患者临床资料,其中45例脑转移和同时期101例健康体检者(健康对照组)血清肿瘤标志物指标进行比较。结果:肺癌肿瘤标志物指标AFP、CEA、NSE、CA125、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag含量水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。肺癌脑转移和CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag升高,分化程度低,淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而和性别、年龄、吸烟史、AFP、NSE、CA125、病理类型无关(P>0.05);其中CYFRA21-1、CEA、SCC-Ag升高、分化程度、淋巴结转移是肺癌脑转移独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论:血清肿瘤标志物CYFRA21-1、CEA、SCC-Ag是肺癌脑转移独立危险因素,在临床上要注重检测以上肿瘤标志物。
