摘要：

社会影响评价是一种政策研究方法,是一个评价、管理、监督政策项目实施的社会后果的过程。笔者在国外相关研究的基础上,对社会影响评价的概念、内容、原则和方法进行系统的介绍,以求为我国城市规划评价研究提供借鉴参考。
