<正> 近20年来的医学研究已证实:打鼾(snore)并不是无关紧要的,它常和睡眠中的呼吸暂停有关,而人类许多疾病的发生、发展都和睡眠中的呼吸障碍有密切关系。因此研究睡眠和人类疾病发生的关系,特别是研究睡眠性呼吸暂停(sleep ap-nea syndrome,SAS)已成为近10年来医学界重视的新热点,一门新兴边缘学科-睡眠医学(sleepmedicine)已应运而生。中国协和医科大学呼吸内科专家黄席珍是中国研究SAS的先驱,其工作至今已
