摘要
脑缺血发生早期的神经元凋亡与PI3K/Akt信号通路密切相关,通过多种途径干预此信号通路可调控神经元的凋亡,为脑缺血的治疗研究提供靶点,本文就其可能的调控神经元凋亡机制作一综述。
