摘要：

<正>脑卒中会导致患者的运动、感觉、言语、认知、情感及活动参与等功能受限[1]。其中,偏侧身体的无力和随意运动不全等运动功能障碍被称为偏瘫,其表现包括患侧身体肌电的兴奋性下降、共同运动模式出现和运动较少产生的关节活动受限等[2],以及因此导致的患侧肩痛和肩关节半脱位[3]。患者在活动中会表现出上肢够物能力障碍、手功能障碍、步行功能障碍。多种量表可以被用来评估脑卒中偏瘫,以反映患者的功能状况、评价预后并指导治疗,而Brunnstrom六期评估法是当前应用最为广泛的偏瘫评估量表之一。
