甘肃棘豆中苦马豆素的分离与鉴定

摘要：

用升华法从甘肃棘豆中分离到一种白色细针状结晶，经ＴＬＣ、ＭＰ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ鉴定分析确定为苦马豆素，经计算甘肃棘豆中的提取率为１４μｇ／ｇ。
