公民科研:构筑民主生活与科技创新相结合的新平台

摘要：

公民科研是普通公众参与职业科学家主导的科研活动,这种形式的活动早已形成全球性的浪潮。在我国组织开展公民科研活动,将构筑民主生活与科技创新相结合的新平台。公民科研不是边缘科学,而是严格意义上的主流科学所能承受和容纳的科学研究活动,这种研究是公益性的,且区别于其他科研形式和科普活动。我国的公民科研应由中国科协牵头,科学界、政府、公众共同协商制定计划,并借鉴国外相关经验,搭建起公民科研的新平台。
