<正>经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)是在心导管技术基础上发展起来的新技术,自问世以来,在改进和克服其存在的不足、探索新的理念和技术的过程中不断发展,经过30多年的努力,现已发展成为心脏病学的一个亚学科。1经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)1977年,Gruntzig等[1]在瑞士苏黎世成功完成了世界上第1例PTCA,从此开创了介入心脏病学的新纪元。在此后的数年中,PTCA在世界范围
