<正>经典Wnt信号通路在成骨细胞的发生及骨形成过程中扮演重要角色。研究表明上调或下调Wnt通路中相关因子的表达或改变它们的功能,通过影响成骨细胞的发育、分化、骨基质的形成和矿化,间接影响破骨细胞的发生和骨吸收等,导致骨量减少或高骨量的变化。随着Wnt通路与成骨细胞发育及分化研究的深入,一系列新靶点的发现将有助于骨质疏松的治疗。我们对目前Wnt通路与骨质疏松研究进展
