<正>近年来,高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)与慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)之间的关系已成为国内外研究热点。随着人们饮食结构和生活方式的改变,HUA的发病率在逐年增加,已经成为威胁人类健康的代谢性疾病之一。HUA不仅是痛风的主要原因,血尿酸水平的升高也不仅仅是肾功能减退的指标,近年来越来越多的研究发现HUA在CKD的发生
