<正>缺血性脑卒中/短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)是一组不同病因的急性脑循环障碍迅速导致局限性或弥漫性脑功能缺损的临床综合征。目前已成为人类第二大致死致残率高的疾病。我国是缺血性脑卒中/TIA复发率最高的国家之一,其复发造成的患者残疾和病死率与初发者相比呈倍增趋
