本文着重讨论世界主要地震机构测定震级偏差分布情况。用"震级均等率"和"震级偏差率"的数值,表示对包括我国台网(BJI)、美国台网(NEIC)、俄罗斯台网(MOS)和日本气象厅(JMA)台网震级偏差的总评价。
